PROFILE
I started my running journey by joining Red Kite Runners C25K programme and have never looked back. I have achieved things I never thought possible, with the help, support and encouragement from everyone at the club, I’m a run leader, I was honoured to be voted chair and have worked towards becoming level 2 coach. To help people achieve and reach their goals if that’s running 1 mile to 26 miles it’s all possible. Running/ walking is great for mental health and fitness. This is why I joined Red Kites to help with my anxiety and help improve my fitness. I enjoy both road running and trail. My favourite race so far is the London Marathon. Joining a club is a great way to make new friends.
